NL-DEL (Delft) [COMPLETED] NOVOSERVE | Emergency Maintenance Notification (Network) - 01 October 2020

Dear Customer,

As part of our commitment to continually improve the quality of service, we want to inform you about the upcoming maintenance to (part of) our network.

A core router in Delft is facing issues and rebooting due to hardware issues. We are investigating this and replacing the faulty hardware as soon as possible.

Redundancy measures have prevented impact for customers.

The maintenance is closely monitored by NovoServe operations. During this maintenance, no impact to services is to be expected. NovoServe engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case, any issues should arise.

Maintenance window: Start Date and Time: 01 October 2020 14:00 CEST (UTC+1) End Date and Time: 01 October 2020 22:00 CEST (UTC+1)

Action and Reason: Hardware replacement

The work has completed, the replacement equipment is up and and running. We will monitor the situation to make sure no anomalies occur on the network.
